Creativa offer all our clients who use our systems an annual Website Insurance where we maintain your web project and provide support and advice all year round at a fixed price contract.
In order to build better relationships with our customers we have decided not to count the minutes or hours and instead work off the basis that if we complete the work correctly in the first instance then the day to day maintenance required will be minimal and instead our advice is valued as you can pick up the phone or drop us an email at any stage and we will always be there to advise you correctly on all other aspects of internet projects.
Very often when a new web project is launched the client may have a limited knowledge about specific aspects of the internet, such as
Search Engine Optimisation or
Google Analytics. Soon after as their knowledge grows from using the system on a daily basis, they have many questions such as getting their website placed higher in search engines for specific phrases, then as part of the annual service we can advise and research on behalf of the client and advise them what to change in their bespoke
Creativa control panel.
